There are videos of blacks fighing with machetes on the street and there's always someone who loses a hand and tries to pick it back.
The PSA on TV told me if you put the hand in a bag of ice water or milk and get to the dentist in time he can put it back on.
maybe they reattach it but it won't work anymore because tendons are ruined.
