20 years ago I'd be sure this was intentional, but today's spellcheck is so bad I could see it 'correcting' Kirk to Kook or some Indian intern using AI dictation and pasting it in the title.
The person who uploaded still must be fired; it's their job to not let this happen even were it proven to be unintentional.

I'll give it's probably unintentional but it's sad to see how bad the editorial process in journalism is these days
