This is my real distinction between being a "Minarchist Militarist" and a "Libertarian".
A Libertarian society can only survive by being protected by 2 things:
An extremely dangerous and heavily armed militia that can defend itself at the first sign of trouble from significant enemy force
A night-watchman state that is absolutely ruthless to the wolves pacing and drooling outside the walls of our fortified city.
This is an invasion. That's not a bureaucratic misdirection of legalese to give the president the ability to stop bad Democratic policies. The Democrats literally invaded the country with foreign hordes to replace the population, make them dependent, and crush them under anarcho-tyranny. Our forefathers would have already revolted against such tyranny, but we were groomed and conditioned to be far weaker men than them, by the same people who tyrannize us.
The invasion is in a classical sense that every civilization before us had to deal with: a horde of unknown peoples cross our border, take our things, claim our land, and do not recognize our authority, and will not go. Tradition has it that they will soon declare us to be enemies, burn our cities, and rape our women... which they did.
As such, the boarders of our nation must be repelled. The "gangsters" are the worst terrorists we've seen outside of ISIS directly. They run chevauchee's through our country, are manipulating our politics, and displacing our people. We have no obligation to warn them that we will defend ourselves; as you would not warn a rapist prowling through your kitchen in the middle of the night.
We respect their lives more than they respect their own, let alone ours. They knew the risk, and they didn't care.
So be it.
"But what of their human rights". We have respected them. They are an enemy in the open. If they didn't want to die, they should have surrendered. The F-16 pilots on The Highway of Death did nothing wrong.
Did he ever wonder what might happen if the accused were immediately executed without trial or representation??
These are not criminals who are citizens that we are required to respect the rights of. These are enemy invaders who have declared themselves for literally demonism and murder.

This is the correct use of our missile ships.
