Not sure, but I remember republican governor Mike DeWine making an edict that said that the police could pull over anyone at any time, and could be interrogated to find out:
Their name, date of birth, and place of residence
The location their traveling to
The location they were traveling from
All stops they've made along the way
The purpose of the driver's travel
If this information wasn't provided it was $25,000 fine and 2 weeks in jail. No probable cause was needed.
Luckily, I don't think the edict was ever enforced because it was so wildly illegal that even during that time it couldn't have held up in court.
