I remember her appearing on Heartbeat 30 or so years ago at the start of her career, back when she was still actually singing and not doing pop songs yet. Not that I remember the actual episode other than Greengrass crying at how beautiful her voice was.

As is usually the case these charity event type works are a lot of complaining about things either impossible to fix within any reasonable timeframe, or lied about for a mix of other reasons so the grift can keep going.
