Non-pajeet management will often say the same thing because they need to justify their actions of outsourcing and replacing jobs with Indians.
I'm at the border between X and Millennial and I'm completely demotivated. I've seen entire teams, good hard working teams with great results being replaced entirely by Indians. Imagine spending your off hours working for a company while neglecting your family just so management can replace you without a second thought because they want to reduce cost.
I have friends that have started putting in minimum work and started working on side-projects for extra cash. Funny part is that minimum work is still a lot more then what most Indians put out.
I can only assume that seeing this as Gen Z would be completely demoralizing.
