Its also possible that they let them die rather then properly treating them. Sadly there are lots of ways to kill people in this world, and quite a few of those ways aren't the easiest to catch.
The fact that so many died all at once in a single area is just far too unusual.
The suicide is suspect, as I always have doubts of suicide cases involving political people...unless the evidence is ironclad. And frankly I can barely find anything about it.
They are also being quite cagey about details regarding the deaths, whether this is intentionally being done to obscure things ala coverup, being done by the families for privacy sake, or some other reason; I sadly do not know.

Agree that it is very annoying when causes of death are not reported publicly, even for just laypeople.
I saw an obit the other day where the family just came out and said that the young guy had an heroed.
It was a little jarring, but very courageous if not a little preachy about reaching out for help.
