Modern media has done a poor job of showing that simply killing the enemies leader without a magical (or in the case of Yugoslavia, almost magical) reason for holding their organization together doesn’t simply eliminate the enemy. Which is funny, considering we spent 20 years in the sandbox proving that exact point.
Ironically, they love to show the "cycle of revenge" story (and then demand you be the bigger man and end it after they take from you), which is just as likely to happen if they do anything to Trump as the "his base continues his legacy even without him" option.
