The problem is the indians run the "training schools" where they give out the licences.
If you know anything about india, you know jobs are based more on level of caste than anything else. So when they come over here, they do the same thing, and their family/friends, people of their ethnicity are of greater rank than white people.

Triple figures can seem high but considering there are over a billion jeets how do all those numbers translate into what % or drivers there are causing these accidents and what % of the pop is lost at these rates? What are those compared to the USA and other places?
