I see two possibilities here. One is that Ukraine's manpower is so low that they have to increasingly rely on women. The other is that this is some kind of globohomo op along with all the fictional pregnant women that appeared in games and movies in the last 5 years.
One is almost certainly true, two is a little more out there but the fact that they not only allow pregnant women to serve, but are also highlighting them, makes me lean in that direction.
Ukranians are being extincted at the whims of Globohomo, with the gay dancer Zelensky (yes, really) as the figurehead in Ukraine.
Yeah, he forgot the 3rd possibly, that zelansky is running up the body count before he flees the country with as much cash as he can grab.

It reminds me of when Ukraine first got invaded in 2022 and female politicians and other thots were posing with guns wearing Lululemon leggings
She is probably just a doctor, they don't work on the frontline and hospitals don't get targeted.
Not working or having a job in any city would be far worse since the country is messed up.
It's literally more likely to die in the city than in a hospital camp protected by the army.
Their manpower reserves are about 300,000. They, realistically, appear to have suffered 200-300k killed. That means you're probably looking at a reasonable 500-800k total casualties.
I'm not surprised they have pregnant women on the front line.
