the labor market equivalent of a DDoS attack.

Leftists petitioned Obama(He didn't care) to make an executive order to not prosecute cyber DDOS attacks because they said they were equivalent to the standard roadblocking picketing nonsense that has been the core of leftist "protests" since the sixties. They were technically correct. Unserious applications being no worse than picketing a road is also correct.
