James Lindsey is operating under a couple of assumptions.

1. That Academia can be saved; and if it is he'll have a place there.
2. That accepting the woke dismantling of liberalism will lead fairly directly to a Conservative Christian Ethnostate.

Liberalism doesn't work. It never worked. The atomic (smallest, indivisible) state of humanity is the tribe, not the individual. Educating and empowering individuals immediately causes them to band together in smarter, more powerful tribes. There is no level of education or self-improvement that can change this.

Once it is accepted that humans inevitably form tribes, then law, immigration and everything else should be aimed at encouraging the right kind of tribe. That would mean accepting that certain genetic and social heritages can never be assimilated into the community.

If this view gains wider acceptance then conservatives white Christians will realize that this is an existential struggle and will react accordingly.

After that the outcome is inevitable.
