Later he put on the funny hat and everything. He's been multiple times. I dunno why everyone here wants to believe putin is some ultra cool giga chad. He's going to be bringing in african migrants as soon as he gets new census data.
He is currently getting jeets if I remember correctly and Russia has a huge jew population, many of whom are dual citizens with israel.
The Central Bank in Russia is controlled/captured just like our Federal Reserve. Owned by the same banking families.
