Just going to push more people to rooting their devices. I already have to do that to rip out most of the bloatware that comes preloaded onto any new device, so I'm used to it, but it'll be interesting to see if this can push more normies into trying to take control of their devices back from the megacorps.

Most normies can't even be bothered to use an adblock, so I wouldn't be holding my breath.
I wouldn't put much stock in the normies. They barely even know how to use technology that has existed for decades.
