This lawsuit is about supremacy and yes it's in DC but NO judge wants to make a ruling that all but confesses that they put foreign supremacy over the US's, it's career suicide when the Supreme Court gets involved and gives a 9-0 verdict telling the UK to fuck off. We've had rulings against China reclaiming farmland in the US for damages and Trump is already putting tarrifs down for messing with the tech companies. This is a fight Europe can't win.

What makes you think the Supreme Court would give a 9-0 verdict against anything that supports Americans?
Because it's less supporting Americans, more confirming THEIR supremacy over Americans over ANYONE else.
