She retired in 2021 though according to the pic, she may have had her son mutilated after that. I would agree that allowing her to work there after doing that is a very, very bad look unless it was forced on them by the state.
Apparently most of the Catholic bishops are against the procedures, but there was a minor controversy late last year when a study showed many Catholic hospitals going against it, and they apparently were drafting new policies to prevent "irreversible" operations and any that negatively affect fertility.
