Was looking for the guy's pictures (he's the kind of guy you'd cross the street to avoid), and I stumbled on this BBC page about Hammersmith: https://www.bbc.com/news/topics/cy4ng11dwpyt

100% of the crimes reported here are by cultural enrichers, including this one. The second picture of a black is the victim, but when you look at who his attackers were... it's Pakistanis.
