DEI is foundational to Christian doctrine, though. You can't really get arounded it.
Jesus Died to give us an Eternal Inheritance.
But everyone is not "included" you actively have to accept the teaching of Christ & etc.
DIE says your skin colour or race automatically gets you "in" and other skins or races are automatically out.
Jesus said nothing remotely like that. He said you'd be accepted IF you followed.
