He wasted hours talking about Nvidia’s H20 “deal”.
But Nvidia will pay only a maximum of $2billion to the US treasury.
Literally only an hour of US federal spending.
Reads like a bribe to me. Nvidia knows it's export controlled hardware is being smuggled into China. This deal is to keep that going.
