I think 2/5 is probably appropriate. It’s clever, but it doesn’t allow for evaluating English proficiency, which is presumably the point of the test. They did get two lines correct in English, though, so it’s not 0. (Although maybe it should be… they sidestepped the core point of the conversation. If your only English is “sorry, can you speak a different language,” it’s not that useful).
