I have some vacation time on Friday so I’ll take my PS4 to GameStop to trade in (since they sell sports cards now I’ll get some packs with store credit). Once I got a gaming laptop I was spending more and more time playing games on it to the point where I was only using my PS4 to watch streaming. Now that I have chrome cast I really don’t have a need for it anymore. I’m officially in the PC Master Race. I’ve always bought Sony since I was a senior in high school and my dad said if I got a PS1 he would buy my first game (terrible deal since he bought Riven).
My main reason for getting a gaming laptop was that I couldn’t get quest mods in PS4 Skyrim. Now, if I ever come across a PS2 I’d happily buy that again but I saw one at a game store with 5 games for 700. From now on it’s Steam for me. I think I may do a playthrough of old Sierra games as well
Cool! Are the games easy to find? I really wish I would’ve just kept my ps2. Such a great console
Yeah I usually go to Vimm’s Lair. they should have pretty much every PS2 game you would ever want. PS3 games take more tweaking but depending on the game and your hardware you can have a good experience.
Thanks!
I picked up a PS2 slim from a pawn shop, bartered them down to thirty bucks for the system, two memory cards, attachment cables, and a controller. Great purchase.
