Said he was just a "humble goy from the prairies" (yes he literally said that)
Didn't want to appear on Joe Rogan for............ some reason
I cut him some slack for turning his rhetoric against America because Trump demeaning Canada put him between a rock and a hard place, but turning down Joe Rogan just shows the guy doesn't really care about winning or saving his country or pretty much about anything.
He ran a cowardly campaign, he played not to lose instead of to win. JRE was a no brainer and so was nelk boys. Guy should have went harder on immigration, he seems to be now but he was a bitch during the election. Trump definitely put him in a difficult spot, but I still think he handled it poorly. He didn't seperate himself from the liberals nearly enough.
Don't expect politicians to "care". They care about getting into office. That's it. Joe Rogan may play differently in Canada than in the US, and when you're against someone who isn't a total clown like Kamala.
I don't like that he's Israel First either, but it's much less consequential in Canada than it is in the US. Hate him or like him, it's very unlikely that Canada is going to get anyone better than him.
You are mental if you think Canada views Joe Rogan substantially different than the US. Then again you live in Europe so you probably are just clueless
Canada and the US are very different. And it's not even clear how much Joe Rogan helped Trump. So at the very least, it's an absurd thing to draw extreme conclusions from.
Joe Rogan has a massive listener base in Canada as well. How much he helped Trump is up for argument, but he did help and nobody turns help down if they want to win.
Carney said something along the lines of, "Canada couldn't even exist without the U.S." to which Trump responds flippantly and humorously, "maybe we should just annex Canada." And then the media and politicians played it up as if Trump was lining up soldiers along the border.

Yeah, those great lights would only disagree with him on whether Burger King or McDonald's is better.
Easy interview, young male audience, absolute no brainer. His campaign manager is a retard

This was a media-created illusion.
