Probably going to be some idiot not packing unstable cargo properly, coal dust or fertilizer.
Definitely looks like a vapor explosion with that long burn and orange fireball.
Those squirts to the side look like a cargo hatch getting blown open.
Something flammable built up in a cargo hold and ignited, which is dramatic but not exactly a high explosive detonation.
