The IHRA definition of anti-Semitism adopted by the Trump and Biden admins was key to this ruling. It equates anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism. If this trend isn't reversed, criticizing Israel will become the equivalent of, for example, calling black people niggers, technically protected speech but widely sanctioned, and failing to properly protect Jews feelings opens you up to "hostile workplace" style litigation.
Does it get any more un-american than subverting the first amendment? I suppose we could look to the same force’s subversion of Christianity, the logical underpinning of the Bill
