Why should people be forced to buy insurance?
I see no reason or benefit in forcing people to buy insurance.
Now, if people want to buy health insurance, or just buy health care without insurance, it should be sold at a reasonable price.
The cost of health care in the US is not reasonable, it involves deliberate overcharging and price gouging. The proof is that other countries are doing it cheaper.
I remember my mom telling me that years ago you could get catastrophic coverage but not anymore. What are some ways you think health care costs could be lowered. I guess you also have to do something about people who just don’t even try to be healthy
Just don't rip people off, that's all. Don't charge $3000 for an MRI because we all know it doesn't cost that much to run the machine and pay 2 staffers for 1hr. Other countries charge like $300-500
