Window breakers should be mandatory anyway for all cars. It's not like electric windows haven't been known to fail too.
If only cars came with a piece of metal that ended in a rounded tip, small enough to grip, but big enough to hit against a window. A shame. Well, buckle your seat bel... oh... Guess those are optional to these cars.
Seatbelts aren't any good as window breakers. That's why window breakers have sharp points.
