The Majority Of The World Can No Longer Use PayPal To Buy Steam Games

Steam is having more payment woes, this time with PayPal.

The store bought steam cards used to be one of the more common ways to pay. They still exist I'm quite sure, I just haven't bought anything from steam in years.
