You're focusing on a homophone. Unless you want to try and also argue that "apart" and "a part" mean the same thing just because they sound identical despite literally meaning the opposite of each other.
It can certainly be a double entendre.
And remember that these people love to tell you what they're doing and then call you crazy when you acknowledge their behavior.
You're probably pretty good at teaching English but this is a different conversation than that altogether.
I'm referring to the elite's chronic habit revealing their negative intent through wordplay and how they subtly control others with the subliminal and metaphysical influence of the words they choose.
