This is the first time anyone suggested “inciting getting punched” should be a crime
They use it as a defense all the time. "He looked at me wrong" "he shouldn't have been in that neighborhood" etc.
It's already a crime. Creating a public disturbance or something, when they want to hit both parties involved in an altercation.
A member of the public actually has to be disturbed or be capable of being disturbed. It's a hard charge to get past basic probable cause.
