Exactly. China's government is fully backing the dealing of fentanyl, there's no way the factories could churn out that much without government permission. Even bribes couldn't cover it up, it's huge!

Native tribes #1 enemy is (usually) their own government. #2 is White lawyers telling the Chiefs & sometimes the councils how to get $$$. Usually the Chief (and his family) get 90% of the graft involved. That's after the 80%+ the lawyers rake in.

Two stories from my province:

• A tribe fought the corruption and elected a reformist Chief. The Council of Chiefs simply refused to recognize him because he was White despite having full Status. They simply appointed the corrupt Chief and the gov't & courts said "That's fine!" They also did this to a female who was elected too.

• A tribal alcohol rehabilitation program had a HUGE % of it's money siphoned off over 10-15 years. Trips to Las Vegas (a favorite! SO many tribal councils hold meetings in Vegas! It isn't even funny anymore) sea cruises for management, staff, their family & friends. Plus outright theft.
  When they ran out of money and demanded more, people wondered how a (I forget the exact numbers) $3 million-a-year facility could burn through over $5M in funding every year for over a decade. An audit was done, corruption found and those who found it called "racist". But at least most of them got fired and 2-3 landed in jail :/ iirc.
