As in, if you fuck with Pop's, the other niggers will fuck you up for doing so because everyone loves Pop's and his place. And he has earned their respect/loyalty. Ironically, its also the least racist manner to do it too. Because it treats them like any other person, with no kid gloves or special allowance. Niggers will happily take advantage of every inch you give them, and its why every Leftist venture fails.
