No actually Israel does still want jews in other countries and would not accept it if any country were to ban jews completely.

They'd love it if Iran did it. "Iran is so evil that it's banning Jews completely!" Accept? They don't really have a choice. Saudi Arabia banned Jews from the country for decades.
