Japan literally have weebs lined up around the block begging to get in, and that number only gets bigger by the year. People who are already immersed in the culture and language, and usually with autistic career capabilities to support their hobby.

Sure they are cringe, but they alone could probably fill 90% of any hole Japan has in any industry and they'd be thrilled to do it just because they are there.
