They discharged her to home care with a severe uti, she came home with no paperwork, soiled herself, no carers arranged, thought she was in her family house that was demolished decades ago.
By the next day (and there's only so much I can do as one person that's completely self educated) she was screaming, just in general confusion, still shitting herself, didn't know who I was.
Had to put her into a home, the NHS paid for her care for all of 3 months (she paid into it for 58 years) before pulling it. That's opened another load of shit I've been dealing with since Feb this year.
Tbh if I ever find the people who did the video review on her, I would be tempted to at least break their legs.
That's the reason why I always laugh at people who talk about the awesome 'free healthcare' in Europe. The system is broken both in the US and Europe. Granted some countries are worse than others but in general you need to have enough money for private insurance or for paying out of pocket to get actually good and timely medical care.

Sounds exactly like canadian healthcare.
Must be one of those "crown" things.
I also want to say, I dont really like ops title, and it could easily be misconstrued as hate speech to outside observers.
The system looks to be for the people working it and not the patients.
Imported workers are a distraction and probably a symptom of the real problem.
