That's the reason why I always laugh at people who talk about the awesome 'free healthcare' in Europe. The system is broken both in the US and Europe. Granted some countries are worse than others but in general you need to have enough money for private insurance or for paying out of pocket to get actually good and timely medical care.

I also want to say, I dont really like ops title, and it could easily be misconstrued as hate speech to outside observers.
The system looks to be for the people working it and not the patients.
Imported workers are a distraction and probably a symptom of the real problem.
