The only way to protect your nation or organization from the IDF is to refuse to accept or hire any Israeli, but you can’t to that without being accused of muh antisemitism. So every institution is completely vulnerable to Mossad by default.
Every ethnic Jew in the world is automatically a citizen of Israel. Normally, when someone declares dual citizenship, their loyalties are immediately suspect. Israel gets around this with de facto citizenship for every ethnic Jew. You can be loyal to Israel without officially declaring it.
