This one stood out as "not like the others."
Starting a lawnmower, particularly with a pullcord, is more masculine than anything else on the ick list.
Violently tugging on the pullcord. Muttering & swearing & escalating when it doesn't fucking catch. Pausing to troubleshoot in between crossover sessions.
The roar of the machine upon success, followed by proudly pushing it around your yard, getting exercise on a nice day and ending up with your lawn looking dope.
I can see how FAILING to get a lawnmower to start and immediately quitting could be considered an "ick" if you squint.
Unless these AWFLs simply get the ick because Landscaping = Mexicans, which is simultaneously bigoted & kinda based.
It’s the latter, they don’t want a man that actually works, that is for peasants.
They would cheat on the white color man to fuck the worker man though. There is no way to win the game when women have rights.
Anyone who's ever asked a woman where they want to eat knows they're happier not making their own decisions anyway.
