I don't care how fast you think a shooter "isn't going to stick around", you're positing he's FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHT. That's a bit much. And a proper mercenary for-sale war photographer WOULD get a picture of an active war crime, they tend to have little sense of self-preservation. "Seconds later". This man still had his camera out.

The cameraman has to still know where the gunman is and react in time. Cameras aren't taking pictures as the bullet is coming out of a gun you dummy.
