Project Gutenberg is a good resource. Although it does not have a copy of Mein Kampf, I tried to find it by author name and title. But it does have a whole lot of books available in a bunch of formats, which is cool.
https://www.gutenberg.org/ is still an option for older works that are no longer in copyright.
