Maine was an all White community in 2000.
Even West Virginia White births are down to 85% of the population. And West Virginia's population is so small they are a few dozens of busses of fertile Africans away from their schools looking like Detroit.

Great, that's the entire state of West Virginia. This is a settlement of almost several dozen.
How many hundreds of thousands of exclusively white towns are in the US? Particularly when they have a population "dozens"?
