According to the book, Japan has been targeted by "that power" for hundreds of years, and is now "completely under the control of that power," to the point where it can no longer be considered an "economic plantation."
What is "that force"? The Q&A book describes it as "a collective term for several organizations centered around Jewish international finance capital."
What this book emphasizes is the idea that there is "that force" that controls this world from behind the scenes. He also claims that the capitalist economies adopted by Japan, Europe, and the United States were created in order to make profits for the international financial institutions that are the parent company of "that power." He argues that the Pacific War broke out because Japan rebelled against "that power," a theory that differs from the generally accepted historical facts.
The Israeli Embassy expressed concern to the Japanese government about the specific designation of the person as "of Jewish descent."
Two years later the same publisher published "Sankyoto Drill," a revised version of the Q&A book, with Kamiya continuing to edit and write it.
In the new book, the description of "that force" has been changed to "international financier capitalists," and the word "Jewish" is no longer used. However, the statement that the Pacific War started because Japan went against the wishes of international financiers remains unchanged.
According to the book he wrote, he seems anti jewish though he back peddled on it in a revised version of the book later on.

The book he wrote seems to suggest that he blames jews for bad things happening to Japan(despite censoring the book later on) . Yet he also seems to be friends with jews...
