Unlikely. He didn't realize that people didn't worship him for the vaxx until he was told to his face by someone.

He was told by several people. Megan Kelly was critical of it when she interviewed him in 2020-2021 or so and he was defensive and indignant towards her. Plus he got BOOED every time he bragged about it at rallys.
