Exactly. An "anchor baby" is never the child of a lawful immigrant but rather of someone not in the legit immigration process.
So you jump off a boat and spit out a baby on a Florida beach? THAT is an anchor baby.
You're a lawful immigrant awaiting your formal acceptance? That too is an "anchor baby" in that you don't have to RE-apply for the child once you are accepted. That is what the rule is for! It was perverted into "the child's a citizen, so you automatically are too" somehow.
