All across the commonwealth this is happening, I think with a shred of investigation you'll find Soros, or a marxist entity has infiltrated the organisations that provide "guidance and guidelines" as to what judges and magistrates are using to make sentencing decisions. Soros plays moneyball and has realised that there are "cheap" fronts that are overlooked and undervalued that can be used to leverage against society. DA's is the most famous example but "sentencing guidelines" are another. If not soros, someone like him.

The good news is that when we win we can just change the guidelines. And since the judicial system has left the realm of "natural justice" and is 100% in the rule based arcane realms of following the guidelines they may bleat and be upset if they are changed but they are firmly entrenched on the NPC rails, making a decision that isn't written in a book somewhere or confirmed by some long forgotten case in a dusty tome does not, and probably could not enter their reality.

a) To join in common makes one the wealth of a sovereign...

b) Nature separates each ones evaluation (perception) within all moving value (perceivable)...others utilize suggestion to corrupt the sovereignty of ones free will of choice into a commonwealth.

when we win we can just change

Being implies within change...circular reasoning (win vs loose) tempts one to ignore that.
