I found the context (and alternative archive), it was to post fucked up memes, but his meme was sexualizing a very young girl...his niece in the fictional scenario. Implying she wants it.
I get jokes are jokes, and some pedo jokes can be hilarious, and there's shock value and all that...but there's also a pattern of people "joking" about sex with children and then getting caught with CP or trying to actually abuse minors. Also, when the "joke" is just that you want to have sex with children...yeah, no.
To illustrate a funny joke:
A priest and a rabbi are walking down the street, and see a young boy. The priest looks at the rabbi and says, "you want to screw him?" The rabbi responds "out of what?"
That one isn't a joke. It's a "dogwhistle", as the lefties like to say. Jokes have a punchline.
To be fair, leftists are very unfunny and their "jokes" often don't have punchlines.

There are funny jokes about pedophiles. But just joking about being one is...sketchy as all Hell, to say the very least.
This guy is so cartoonishly, demonstratively evil that if it weren't for his posts going way back, I'd say it was a pol fake. But they generally post for a very short time, use a very Jewish-sounding name (more than David and certainly more than Smith).
This guy is just a retard or a troll. Possibly both.
