The alligator Alcatraz thing is still wrong. It's not a miracle of logistics to throw down a bunch of tents and barbed wire on an already existing tarmac. The Army does that shit all the time, and the Army is pretty retarded.
The true point about refusing to fix solvable problems is the border. Turns out we could have effectively closed it the whole time with minimal effort. But that only serves to condemn liberals further.
The rest of it is just a phenomenon I pointed out long ago. Liberals aren't pointing out real problems, never have been and never will be. They'd have to be acting in good faith for that to be true, and they're incapable of that. They caused most of these problems, and are simply now demanding it be "solved" by pouring more gasoline onto the fire they started.

Ah, I hadn't followed it, I thought it was more substantial. So they built a tent city, and everyone on both sides are freaking out about it? I'm not surprised, just disappointed...

It condemns everyone, is my point. And there are plenty of issues beside the border that could also be fixed practically overnight, if the government cared to.

That's a good point. They're pointing out problems, because they want to implement their solutions. So even when they're pointing to real problems, they're just using them.

Never said otherwise, and I agree.
I just want to say I enjoyed reading this conversation.
