Uncontested number one is of course Robin Broshi, a New York education official who had a meltdown because someone in a meeting who had the temerity to be white had a black baby on his lap.
BTW: to get at the relevant section, you have to open the link at the top - if you open the embedded video, it just starts the video from the start for some reason.
