I don't know anything about the Scottish court system to know if the sentencing is fair. I'll have to take your word on it.

I don't think this shows a hypocrisy on the leftist view of being pro-abortion. There wasn't any aspect of the baby's personhood being brought up, and the guy wasn't charged with murder or manslaughter.
