Not doing this culling is what killed Rhodesia. As it stands in the U.S., it takes two white or asian people to balance out the average net negative for a single black, and three whites or asians to counterbalance two hispanics. Doing some simple math and using the current demographics, right now only about 10% of the population is actually able to push the economy forward.
