I'm fairly certain Trump was a common sight at UFC events long before he was elected the first time. Its clearly something he legitimately likes.

They are so used to Politicians being soulless husks that they cannot understand one being human with humans hobbies and desires, like Diet Coke. It has to be golfing only (granted one he shares) and then nothing but pandering nonsense they never mention again after the photo op.

I 'member when Obama being seen drinking a beer made him so relatable and great, and Bill Clinton liking fries, women and cigars was just so quirky. But its (D)ifferent of course.
